Location: Tampa, FL & Surrounding 1 hour radius

Compensation: Competitive Per-Contract Pay + Gas Reimbursement + Bonus Incentives

Platinum Public Adjusters is a leading public adjusting firm dedicated to helping homeowners and business owners recover the full insurance payouts they deserve after property damage. We are expanding and looking for sales-driven professionals to handle client sign-ups and sales.

Position Overview

We provide pre-set appointments for free public adjuster consultations and damage inspections. Your role is to meet with homeowners in Tampa and surrounding areas (within a 1 hour radius), assess their property damage, and complete the sign-up process. You will NOT be responsible for processing claims—your focus is on client acquisition and closing deals.

This is a per-sign-up paid role—you get paid for every client you successfully sign up. In addition to per-sign-up pay, we offer gas reimbursement and performance-based bonus incentives.

Must have Florida Public Adjuster license for this position.

What You’ll Do

Attend scheduled homeowner appointments (no cold calling!) Travel to in-person meetings (appointments may be an hour away) Conduct roof and water damage inspections and explain the benefits of hiring a public adjuster Overcome objections and close deals by guiding homeowners through the sign-up process Ensure all required paperwork and agreements are completed Communicate with the internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding process

Preferred Equipment (Strongly Recommended)

To ensure efficiency and success in damage inspections, candidates should ideally have their own equipment, including: Moisture Meter – To detect hidden water damage Infrared Camera – For thermal imaging and water damage identification Ladder – To access and inspect roofs Camera or Smartphone with High-Resolution Photos – To capture damage evidence Flashlight – For attic and crawlspace inspections Protective Gear – Such as gloves, knee pads, and safety glasses

While we prefer candidates with their own inspection equipment, we may be able to assist with recommendations on obtaining necessary tools.

Requirements

Florida – Public Adjuster License
