Job Description

The Mall Avenue is looking for an energetic, confident, and outgoing Bilingual TikTok Live Sales Host to join our team in Orlando, FL.

Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

You will host TikTok LIVE shopping sessions, presenting and selling a variety of fashion merchandise including women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing, accessories, and more.

Our ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, loves interacting with people, and can naturally switch between English and Spanish while keeping viewers entertained and encouraging sales.

Responsibilities

  • Host TikTok LIVE shopping and auction-style selling sessions
  • Present and sell products in both English and Spanish
  • Switch comfortably between both languages depending on the audience
  • Showcase clothing, accessories, and other merchandise
  • Explain product details, sizing, pricing, promotions, and offers
  • Answer customer questions during live sessions
  • Keep viewers engaged and encourage purchases
  • Maintain an energetic, friendly, and professional presence on camera
  • Learn featured merchandise before each live
  • Work with our team to prepare products for livestreams
  • Follow TikTok Shop policies and company guidelines

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish — REQUIRED
  • Comfortable speaking and selling in both languages
  • Confident and natural on camera
  • Energetic, outgoing, and engaging personality
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable speaking for extended periods during livestreams
  • Interest in fashion, social media, sales, or e-commerce
  • Previous retail, sales, hosting, livestreaming, or content-creation experience is a plus
  • TikTok Shop experience is a plus, but not required

Work Setting: In-person

Training will be provided for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who can bring energy, personality, and strong bilingual communication to The Mall Avenue and help create a fun shopping experience for our English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
