Customer Support and Sales - WFH (Must live in UT)

$17.00/hr. + quarterly bonus up to $1,000

Must live in Illinois or Utah

Start Date: September 8th

In this role, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls, connect with prospective customers, and guide them through the loan application process. If you enjoy helping people, have experience in sales, customer service, or upselling, and are motivated by opportunities to grow, this is an excellent entry-level position with clear pathways for career advancement.

  • Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information

Requirements:

  • Experience in a call center setting is preferred

  • Familiarity with sales metrics, KPIs, and quota-driven performance environments

  • Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices

  • Desire to grow in a sales-based role

  • Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively
