Job description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management or facility maintenance and will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
This position requires someone dependable, professional, and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of work.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Maintain buildings and facilities in good condition.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Identify and report repair needs.
  • Keep work areas clean and safe.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Important:
  • Must be able to pass a full background investigation.
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Experience in maintenance or property management preferred.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
