The Operations Support Manager role plays a critical function in supporting regional operations through data analysis, audit oversight, process coordination, and team communication. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally and directly support Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and property teams to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. The OSM needs to have experience with Tax Credit and HUD/Project-Based Section 8 experience to ensure that standards of excellence and Customer Fulfillment are provided in every resident, vendor, and property team inspection.

Responsibilities Include
  • Building a team of highly-capable and motivated Property Managers and creating a positive environment in which to work and provide great service.
  • Assist Regional Vice-President (RVP) with special projects.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through the property team and resolving resident concerns, when necessary.
  • Owner Liaison - Enhancing relationships with partners, agencies and other entities and maximizing financial performance.
  • Adhering to all guidelines within all applicable government programs.
  • Performing quarterly file audits and ensuring discrepancies are corrected.
  • Assist Property Managers with marketing and retention ideas, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of marketing materials.
  • Monitor, coordinate and prepare all financial data.

Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience in affordable multi-family property management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Onesite, and EIV

Compensation* $60,000 to $65,000 per year
*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
