Are you looking for meaningful work where you make a difference every day? At Consumer Direct Care Network Nevada (CDNV), we believe in empowering people of all ages, including seniors and individuals with disabilities, to live safely and independently in their own homes and communities, and have been for the last 20+ years in our community.

What You'll Do as a Caregiver

You'll provide essential, in-home support to up to five individuals per week (depending on your availability and travel preferences). Your role may include:
  • Helping clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Supporting independence through meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship
  • Providing dignified care with transfers, toileting, and feeding assistance
  • Being a reliable and caring presence that promotes safety, wellness, and quality of life

What You Bring:

  • Willingness to travel to member homes (caseload varies by region and preference)
  • Comfort working independently and communicating clearly with clients and care teams

Requirements (We cover the costs!)
  • A recent physical or Statement of Good Health
  • Based on program selection -- Negative TB screening within the past 12 months (2-step skin test)
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (we offer training if needed)
  • Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance
