Job description

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily operations on job sites and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role is critical in coordinating field activities, managing subcontractors, and maintaining project schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities from start to completion
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, labor crews, and suppliers
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Monitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
  • Review plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy in execution
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
  • Communicate daily progress with the Project Manager
  • Resolve on-site issues and unforeseen challenges efficiently
  • Maintain job site documentation, reports, and logs

Qualifications:

  • 2–7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and job site activities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Billingual (spanish speaking plus)

Preferred:

  • OSHA certification
