Construction Superintendent (Evergreen Pipeline)

Region: PA, DC, VA, MD, DE, NJ, NY

Westbrook Project Solutions places field leadership professionals in high-visibility superintendent roles across commercial and civil projects. Our clients rely on us for superintendents who are organized, safety-focused, and able to drive project performance from start to finish.

The Construction Superintendent directs jobsite activities and ensures subcontractors deliver work safely, on schedule, and to spec. You will coordinate with the CM, enforce site protocols, and represent the project in the field. This role is part of our evergreen pipeline to support client assignments as they open.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all field work and enforce site safety programs
  • Coordinate work schedules, materials, deliveries, and subcontractors
  • Maintain jobsite logs, incident reports, and quality inspections
  • Run daily huddles, enforce scope sequencing, and manage labor flow
  • Support punch list creation and jobsite closeout activities

Skills Required

  • 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial, healthcare, or institutional construction
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety documentation
  • Experience with Procore or similar project platforms
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • OSHA 30 certification required
