The Poker Dealer is responsible for creating an entertaining environment for all guests while serving as a dealer during his/her shift. A Poker Dealer's full attention and concentration must be directed toward the poker games at hand. Poker Dealers are expected to provide a professional and courteous service experience to all guests.

- Must possess strong money handling and documentation skills
- Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission, with access to the vessel required

- Routinely strives to build and maintain rapport with customers by handling disputes and making every effort to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Proactive in anticipating customer needs and identifying situations that may require management's attention.
- Must be motivated in becoming familiar with all guests.
- Must possess money handling skills in providing chips for guests or dealers.
- Must maintain a basic knowledge of other games and services offered at this property.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Poker Management Team.
