Job description

Looking for an energetic and professional Pilates reformer instructor with extensive experience to teach group pilates equipment classes in a state of the art fitness facility in Los Gatos. Small group classes of up to 8 are primarily fitness based and will incorporate exercises on reformer with option to use tower, chair, weights and other props.
Full Pilates Certification required with a minimum of 1 year teaching experience and solid knowledge of anatomy and proper form. Contemporary approach to pilates preferred and experience with balanced body equipment a plus.
The idea candidate is a self starter, confident in his/her ability to teach a safe and effective class, and enjoys developing and building relationships with clients.
Competitive compensation package includes full club membership, employee discounts, and incentivized pay based on class attendance ranging up to $75 per class.
