Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans based on functional limitations and disabilities.
  • Provide expert consultations to healthcare providers regarding patients' ongoing care needs.
  • Interact compassionately and professionally with patients of all ages and cultural backgrounds, adhering to high standards of customer service.
  • Implement treatment plans, re-evaluate patient progress, and educate patients and their families about treatment processes and expectations.
  • Maintain precise documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Supervise and mentor support staff, ensuring high standards of patient care across the department.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
