Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness and wellness, with a strong background in program design and personal training. The Trainer will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of health and fitness within our organization.
Duties

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various fitness levels and goals.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for staff on topics such as anatomy, physiology, group fitness, and personal training techniques.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance assessments.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new methodologies in fitness training.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff members to enhance their skills in sales, health club operations, and client engagement.

Experience
