FlexHome Caregiver – Assisted Living Communities

Facility Locations: Carolina Forest, Surfside, and Murrells Inlet, SC
Pay: $16.00–$17.25 per hour, based on experience and availability

Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver looking to make a difference? We are hiring FlexHome Caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one care to clients living within our senior living communities.

While the work takes place inside senior living facilities, this is not a traditional facility-wide caregiving position. You will work directly with individual clients who live in the community and need additional care and support.

Availability Needed

We have a variety of shifts available, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Weekend availability is required, and early morning availability is preferred.

Current immediate needs include:

  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

  • Saturday and Sunday shifts

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one personal care and companionship

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities

  • Assist with meals and light housekeeping

  • Monitor and report changes in the client's condition

  • Follow individualized care plans

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must be available to work weekends

  • Reliable transportation and valid ID

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, including THC

  • Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred

  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional
