THE JOB

Venue Nationis seeking aParking Supervisor at Mystic Lake Amphitheater.The Parking Supervisor is a working supervisor whois responsible forsupervising and coordinating activities of the parking staff within the venue. Duties may also include management functions.

This role is aPart-Time SeasonalPosition.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Under the direction of the Parking Manager,assistin making sure all parking areas are safe,clean,and orderly. Alsoassistsin maximizing the space usage of all parking areas.

  • Direct and supervise parking staff and other employees performing parking services as directed by the Parking Manager.

  • Provide guest services by greeting andassistingguestsand responding to guest inquiries and complaints.

  • On an ongoing basis lead and train staff to include assisting in staffing positions to ensure that all staff members are well-informed on event specific details.

  • Assistwith managing breaks.

  • Assist the Parking Manager to ensure compliance with all parking department and venue policies and procedures to include all safety regulations.

  • Show CARE byparticipatingin the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such assorting waste and collecting recyclingand educating our fans about our efforts.

  • Partner with fellowcrewmembers at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, pickingup,andproperly storingevent equipment such ascones,parking barriers, Etc.

  • Oversee productivity and work assignments of the parking staff and communicate with the Parking Manager (or designated Manager)about anychallenges and status of all assignments prior to the conclusion of the shift.

  • Other tasks as assigned by the Parkingor OperationsManager.

  • Assign and schedule team members to specific duties.

  • Role model and enforce safety, health,parking,and security priorities.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • At least 2 years in Guest Service and/or a similar role

  • Creative problem-solving skills, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Acute sense of judgment,tact,and diplomacy

  • A keen senseof teamwork and ability to execute programs

  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs,lifting,and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting
