As a Hospitality Associate - Driver, you help bring the Towne experience to life. Whether parking vehicles, assisting with luggage, or supporting guests, patients, and visitors, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through safe, professional, and hospitality-focused service.
What You'll Do
  • Safely park, retrieve, and inspect vehicles
  • Create positive first and last impressions
  • Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality
  • Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, and service-related needs
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards
  • Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately

Driving Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Compensation: Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $10.98 per hour plus $6-$10 per hour in tips.

This position regularly requires the ability to:
