Job description

Parking Attendant

Responsible for parking vehicles or issuing tickets for guests in a parking lot area. May handle cash and collect payment for parking fee.

What This Role Will Do:

  • Direct vehicle traffic. (Direct motorists to parking areas/parking spaces using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.)
  • Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure the space usage is maximized.
  • Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
  • Work closely with co-workers, Fire, Police and any third-party staffing vendors to achieve a safe and orderly ingress, tailgating and egress experience for fans
  • Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
  • Greet guests arriving at the venue in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor

What This Person Will Bring:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age (must obtain a work permit if under 18)
  • Prior customer service experience a plus
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
  • A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute job assignment
  • Position requires constant walking, standing, being able to work out-doors in various weather conditions
