Job Description
What does this role entail? The Systems Transitions Specialist Tier 2 is responsible for the successful implementation and integration of property management software solutions for new and existing clients. This role works closely with the
Systems Engineer to understand client business needs, workflows, and documents their processes.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Create tailored implementation strategies that seamlessly align with our software's full range of capabilities, ensuring
optimal integration and performance.
Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of implementation projects from inception to completion ensuring that all timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks are consistently achieved with precision and excellence.
Foster continuous and proactive communication with both the software and transition teams, ensuring timely updates, managing expectations, and facilitating a seamless flow of information throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee and facilitate configuration tuning, deployment, testing.
Deliver continuous troubleshooting support post-implementation, ensuring smooth adoption and maximizing user satisfaction with the software.
Drive continuous improvements in both the software and implementation processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, enhancing functionality, and streamlining workflows to deliver greater value and efficiency.
Work Hours and Work Environment:
40 hours in a regular work week.
Monday through Friday: 8am - 5pm
Exempt employees are expected to adhere to the standard workweek schedule and work any hours necessary to perform the duties of the job.
