White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country’s best cities to live in. As the Chief Engineer, you will lead all engineering and maintenance operations to ensure an exceptional guest and associate experience while maximizing efficiency and asset longevity.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do


  • Oversee all engineering operations, including building maintenance, mechanical systems, and energy management.
  • Lead a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, brand standards, and White Lodging policies.
  • Manage department budgets, cost controls, and capital expenditure projects.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Bring


  • Proven leadership experience in engineering, facilities management, or maintenance, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Budget management and cost-control experience.
