Job description

We are seeking an HCBS WELLNESS COACH/DDD CAREGIVING POSITION to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of disabled individuals. We currently have several available positions and schedules to fill, with training and work beginning immediately. Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities
  • Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
  • Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
  • Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

โ€‹Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Please note, you will need to enroll in a live FIRST AID/CPR Class within 90 days of hire, with a submission of a Online based First Aid/CPR Certification.

We currently have over 15 Developmental homes in the Phoenix Valley area, as well as 2 active Developmental Group Homes in Tucson, Az, 1 Developmental Group Home Opening in Flagstaff, Az as well as staff and network with two active outpatient facilities in Phoenix and Tucson, with expansion plans to open another in Flagstaff at the start of the new year, 2023. The Nile Health Network provides consumer driven services and supports that promotes, growth, progression, and a greater quality of life with engagement into the communities in which our clients reside and contribute. The Nile Health Network foundational pillars are compassion patient, genuine, qualitative, and efficient coordination of care services with progressive evidence-based treatments. The Nile Health Network is a new agency that is expanding expeditiously, in 2023 we will be entering into our third year of service for the state of Arizona. The management team of The Nile has over 20 years direct care experience, all Nile Developmental group home staff have more than 2 years professional experience providing care services and support. Our Chief Operating Officer is a State Certified Trainer that not only coordinates our agency training curriculum but certifies other prospective state and external agency employees as well. The Nile Health Network wants to be a part of the solution for all persons and families who are in search of quality care services.
