You will work in a structured outpatient office setting that is equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology and tools. The typical working schedule is Monday through Friday, with flexible options available, including the ability to work four 10-hour shifts if desired.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ range of motion, strength, and functional abilities, utilizing evidence-based assessment techniques.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized therapy plans that set clear, actionable goals tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
• Guide patients through recovery sessions with hands-on therapeutic exercises and modalities, continually adjusting the treatment approach based on progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to ensure integrated care and enhanced patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress meticulously in an electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with regulatory and insurance guidelines.
• Participate in case discussions and team meetings to share insights and best practices for improving rehabilitation services.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and neurological conditions. You will engage with patients ranging from young athletes to older adults, adapting your approach to meet the unique challenges faced by each demographic. Your expertise will empower them to regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

• A valid Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, with preference given to candidates holding a Master's level degree.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to think critically and create structured, patient-centered clinical pathways.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, with a focus on outpatient rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various physical therapy modalities and treatment techniques, as well as experience with electronic health record systems.
• A background in working within a multidisciplinary team environment is highly desirable.

Live To Move Rehab Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
