Your work setting will be primarily onsite at our facility in Norton, where you will collaborate closely with a team of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant. • Effectively assess and understand patients' objectives, devising personalized treatment plans that prioritize their recovery and wellbeing.
• Manage a caseload of patients, ensuring one-on-one sessions that allow for focused attention on each individual’s rehabilitation needs.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to provide cost-effective therapy that improves patients’ range of motion and mobility, promoting active participation in their recovery.
• Explore and implement non-surgical interventions, helping reduce reliance on medications and fostering a holistic approach to health.
• Design comprehensive care plans incorporating various therapeutic methods, ensuring that each patient's treatment is tailored to their progress and objectives.
• Create and customize fitness and wellness programs to assist patients in achieving their health goals and enhancing their functional abilities.
• Motivate and support patients to maintain their progress throughout therapy, addressing any setbacks with encouragement and expert guidance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive care and improve overall patient outcomes within a multidisciplinary framework.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjust strategies as needed, and maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions and care provided.

You will primarily work with orthopedic patients, focusing on those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions that affect movement and physical activity. • Proven completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid Massachusetts license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record without any history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong expertise in manual therapy techniques and a proven ability to develop effective exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with using WebPT or other electronic medical record (EMR) software is preferred.

• Experience within orthopedic outpatient settings will be highly regarded.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population and familiarity with sports medicine is an advantage.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
