Wage: $15.00 per hour weekday, $17.00 per hour weekend.

Must have clear Florida Driver's License.

What You'll Do

The Appointment Escort provides personalized, compassionate support by safely accompanying residents to medical appointments, errands, and community outings while ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and positive experience. Beyond transportation, this role offers hands-on assistance tailored to each resident's needs, including mobility support, transfers, ambulation assistance, restroom and continence care, and other personal care services as required.

Responsibilities:

• Escort residents safely to and from medical appointments and community outings
• Assist with transportation coordination and ensure timely arrival
• Support appointment check-in and navigation within medical offices
• Provide friendly conversation, reassurance, and companionship
• Assist residents in preparing questions and taking notes during appointments (if requested)
• Communicate important updates or concerns to appropriate staff or family (as directed)
• Assist with resident ADLs as needed
• Ensure residents return home safely and comfortably
