What you will be doing:

As Production Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of milk production, including pasteurization, homogenization, filling, and sanitation. You’ll lead a team of operators and technicians, ensuring compliance with dairy industry standards and optimizing production efficiency.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily milk processing operations, including pasteurization and packaging
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, PMO, HACCP, and SQF standards
  • Lead and coach production staff to meet safety, quality, and output goals
  • Manage Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems and sanitation protocols
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance
  • Analyze production data and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and logistics teams
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • 5 plus years of experience in dairy manufacturing, specifically fluid milk processing
  • 2 plus years in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong knowledge of pasteurization, homogenization, and dairy packaging systems
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Proficiency in production software and data analysis tools
