Job description


Metal Roofing Installer (Exterior Finishing Experience Required)

Russo Modular is a commercial modular building manufacturer specializing in high-quality, steel-framed modular construction. We are seeking a skilled Metal Roofing Installer with experience in all exterior finishing to join our production team in a controlled manufacturing environment with limited field work.

This role focuses on installing metal roofing systems and completing exterior metal finishes on modular units prior to delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Install metal roofing systems on modular buildings
  • Perform all exterior finishing work, including trim, flashing, wall panels, soffits, fascias, and fasteners
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install metal components accurately
  • Read and interpret drawings and installation details
  • Seal and weatherproof exterior assemblies to ensure watertight construction
  • Work with standing seam, ribbed panel, and architectural metal systems
  • Coordinate with production teams to meet build schedules
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a metal roofing installer
  • Demonstrated experience with full exterior metal finishing systems
  • Strong knowledge of flashing, trim details, and weatherproofing methods
  • Ability to read drawings and perform accurate measurements
  • Modular, commercial, or manufacturing experience a plus
  • Comfortable working at heights and on elevated platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
