Job description

Collections Representative- WFH (Must live in UT)

Pay: $18.00/hr to $21.00/hr (depending on experience) plus Monthly Bonuses up to $400-$800 (commissions uncapped!)

Start date: May 11th

Must live in Utah, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, Wyoming, or Texas

PrincePerelson & Associates is seeking experienced Outbound Collections Agents to join our remote team. If you thrive on solving problems, making high-volume calls, and helping customers find solutions for past-due payments, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of outbound collections experience within the last 3 years is a must.
  • Experience creating payment plans and finding solutions for customers
  • Ability to provide above-and-beyond service
  • Independent problem solver
  • Confidence in hitting metrics, KPI's, and goals
  • Experience working with various computer programs

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to collect overdue payments on personal loans
  • Assist the customer with finding the best payment plan for them
  • Accurately record customer information into their accounts
