Master L1 Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Location:  

23819 E. Appleway Ave, Liberty Lake, WA 99019

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Master L1 Mechanic who is energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technician we are looking for has to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guest.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Technician uses their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest
  • Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
  • Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
  • Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
  • Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns 
  • Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Positive attitude and a desire to serve our guest
  • 7+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
  • Master L1 Technician or A-level Tech preferred
  • Current ASE L1 Certifications preferred
  • Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
  • Meet or exceed hourly goals
  • Aptitude for learning additional skills and a desire for long-term career development
  • Strong written and verbal communication

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift and/or move 50- 100 pounds
  • Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
  • Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
  • Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
  • Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
  • Efficiently navigate a computer
