Caregiver / PCA

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers / PCAs to provide essential support and companionship to clients. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment while fostering dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and diaper changes

- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment

- Provide transportation to appointments and activities (valid driver’s license required)

- Communicate positively and respectfully with clients, families, and team members

Qualifications:

- Experience in caregiving or personal care assistance preferred

- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a positive attitude

- Ability to drive up to 30 minutes to client homes

- Flexible availability for part-time schedules

Shift information:

- Role: Caregiver / PCA

- Pay: $1600/week (before taxes)

- Schedule: 24hr shifts - 72hr shifts - 1 week on / 1 week off - 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
