At VITAL, we provide flexible opportunities to work in various long-term care facilities throughout OKC/Tulsa and the surrounding area's. Our team of Nurses enjoy the freedom of full-time or PRN work, uniquely able to float between different locations each week based on priority shifts.
Responsibilities and Purpose
  • Provide compassionate bedside care.
  • Administer medications and meticulously document therapeutic outcomes.
  • Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Contribute to resident comfort and well-being.
  • Collect samples and oversee catheter care.
  • Support new admissions.

Required Experience and Education
  • Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) License.
  • Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
  • One or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care setting is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation for weekly travel.
