Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time Opportunity

About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Ambiance at Maitland, you'll provide high-quality, personalized care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures. Your passion for delivering exceptional patient care, combined with your expertise in LPN skills, will be invaluable to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and performing vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the care team
• Conduct assessments, identify care needs, and develop strategies to meet those needs
• Document resident care and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in care conferences, team meetings, and other meetings as required
• Comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
• Collaborate with other departments, as needed, to ensure seamless delivery of care

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Florida
