Emphasizing local character, The Anchor embodies a coastal lifestyle rooted in gracious hospitality. Here, we offer more than just delicious food and stunning views. In addition to a vibrant atmosphere, The Anchor features an outdoor game area for all ages, live music, TVs at the bar for watching games, and dockside boat parking for spontaneous visits or convenient takeout orders. 

We are looking for a skilled and creative bartender to take drink orders and serve our valued patrons. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a great customer experience. Bartending duties include keeping the bar clean and tidy, presenting menus, serving food and beverages, and crafting drinks and cocktails that exceed our guests' expectations. You should be quick on your feet and have a polite, friendly attitude. If you enjoy engaging with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that helps us attract and retain customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
  • Interact with customers, take their orders, and serve drinks.
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences to make personalized recommendations.
  • Mix ingredients to create cocktails.
  • Present the bar menu to guests.
  • Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.

Skills:
