Job description

The Candidate Attraction In-Market Support is a seasonal, field-based role responsible for executing boots-on-the-ground candidate attraction activities at an assigned market on a weekly basis. This role operates under the direct guidance of the Market Response Specialist (MRS), following an MRS-provided playbook to carry out localized outreach tasks. The MRS owns strategy, direction, and accountability for results. This role owns execution.
Key job responsibilities
• Execute weekly in-market activities as outlined in the provided playbook, including community flyering, collateral placement, and material refreshes
• Conduct regular visits to community partner locations to maintain and replenish hiring materials (flyers, posters, QR codes)
• Distribute referral program materials on-site and engage associates as directed by the Market Response Specialist (MRS)
• Attend and support local hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities as scheduled
• Perform grassroots canvassing including door-to-door business outreach and posting in high-traffic community locations
• Collect and report local market intelligence observations (competitor signage, community feedback, transportation barriers) to the MRS
• Maintain accurate tracking logs of all activities completed (locations visited, materials placed, interactions conducted)
• Provide weekly activity reports to the MRS documenting execution status and field observations
• Act as Referral Ambassador for assigned site (engaging Associates about referrals during break and stand ups)
• Coordinate with community partners for material drop-offs and relationship maintenance touchpoints as directed
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Must live in or within commutable distance of assigned market location
- Reliable personal transportation for travel within the local market area
- Ability to work independently in the field following documented processes and a defined playbook with support from MRS
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for tracking and reporting activities
- Comfortable engaging with community members, local businesses, and associate populations
- Availability to work a flexible 32-hour weekly schedule, which may include some weekend, early morning or evening hours based on market need
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in field-based outreach, canvassing, community engagement, or grassroots marketing
- Familiarity with the local community, businesses, and organizations in the assigned market
- Experience with event support or coordination
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development environments
