Mobile sleepers are workers, often in the railway industry, who travel to different locations to perform maintenance, repair, or construction work on railway tracks and infrastructure. This requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain consistency in quality and performance despite changing settings. Managing personal routines and ensuring adequate rest while on the move can be challenging, but those who are adaptable and proactive about self-care tend to thrive in this role.
