With a robust client base in Texas, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Installer. If you're a dedicated professional with a strong Interest in HVAC, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic company poised for growth.

UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL

Works directly with the Lead Installer, installing HVAC heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other equipment following manufacturer specifications and company requirements to provide the best product for our customers. Working conditions include, being outside in exposed environments including roof and groundwork, unconditioned and conditioned buildings.

  • Measure and mark dimensions on ground, deck, and ductwork
  • Drill holes in metal for screws, bolts, and rivets
  • Install duct with supportive frameworks
  • Fabricate or alter duct/pipe at construction sites
  • Fasten seams or joints by welding, bolting, riveting, soldering, baizing or screwing
  • Climb ladders up to 16’ A-frame or 28’ extension ladder
  • Operate or work off scissor lifts to 32’
  • Operate or work off Knuckle boom lifts to 80’
  • Maneuver heavy material and products (IE air handlers, Condensing Units, heaters, ductwork etc.…)
  • Working conditions include, outside in exposed environments including roof and groundwork, unconditioned and conditioned buildings
  • Always wear proper PPE and comply with all safety standards
  • Work around large construction equipment safely IE. Cranes, sky tracks, graders, and trucks
  • Demolition of all HVAC equipment and ductwork

Requirements

  • Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually
  • Ability to work with multiple styles of power tools IE. Sawzall, hammer drill, grinders.
  • Be reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Takes direction and constructive criticism
  • Interact with team and ask questions
  • Initiative to learn
