Qualification:

  • Proven experience in home care, senior care, or related healthcare field
  • Ability to commit to live-in schedule (multi-day shifts as assigned)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Physically able to assist with transfers, mobility, and daily living tasks
  • Compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy
  • Who can work during the weekend live-in shift
  • With a negative Tuberculosis Test

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed
  • Offer companionship and meaningful engagement
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry
  • Provide medication reminders (per care plan and state guidelines)
  • Monitor client condition and report changes promptly
  • Accompany clients to appointments or errands when required
  • Maintain accurate daily care documentation
  • Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment
