About Us
Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere.
We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes.
📍 Position Details
We are currently looking for a Japanese language tutor for one of our clients in Santa Barbara, CA.
  • Reference ID: 1121942
  • Course Type: General
  • Format: one-to-one
  • Total Hours: 16 (sixteen)
  • Session length: two hours (total of 8 x 2-hour sessions)
  • Location: at the student's home in Santa Barbara, CA 93109
  • Student Level: Beginner
  • Student: 45-year-old lady
  • Schedule: two times a week, on any weekday, ideally anytime between 10am and 4pm
  • Start Date: as soon as possible.
  • Motivation: general interest and to prepare for a three-week trip

🎯 Ideal Candidate
  • Be a native Japanese speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
  • Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
  • Have a valid work permit/visa
  • Live within 20 miles of the specified location
