Your Role as a Bridge & Structures Engineer:
  • Lead development of plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates
  • Provide technical expertise in structural design and constructability
  • Review, certify, and seal design documents as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subconsultants
  • Support project scope, schedule, and budget coordination with the Project Manager
  • Participate in client and stakeholder meetings
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote design best practices

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • PE license in Indiana (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
  • 7+ years of bridge engineering experience
  • Strong technical, communication, and coordination skills
What You’ll Contribute:
  • A problem-solving mindset, using creativity, engineering expertise, and collaboration to tackle complex challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to discuss timelines and technical details with clients, agencies, and internal teams.
