We are seeking a highly motivated, B2B "hunter" to expand our medical market share across the Seattle Metro area. In this field-based role, you will drive growth by delivering reliable, hygienically clean, and fully compliant service solutions to the region's healthcare providers. You will take pride in your work as you win trust, create tailored programs, and develop long-term partnerships with medical clinics, dental practices, outpatient centers, and other healthcare facilities.

  • Transportation: Company vehicle OR $400 monthly car allowance (plus a gas card for work-related travel)
  • Health & Wellness: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • Financial & Time Off: 401(k), paid holidays, and vacation pay
  • Perks: Exciting performance-based rewards, including the opportunity to qualify for our exclusive sales incentive destination trip, The Cascade Club.

What You Will Do
  • Hunt for New Business: Proactively identify, prospect, and close new medical accounts in a highly competitive environment.
  • Manage a Pipeline: Maintain the high activity levels required to keep a full pipeline, effectively utilizing tools like LinkedIn to navigate longer medical sales cycles.
  • Consultative Selling: Sell value over price by utilizing exceptional listening and questioning skills to advise practice managers and facility directors on the best solutions for their stringent regulatory and patient-care requirements.
  • Territory Management: Work independently from your home office, proactively planning your weeks and mapping out daily routes for maximum impact and efficiency in the field.

Who You Are
  • Proven Closer: You have a solid track record of professional growth and success in B2B sales, particularly selling to medical practice owners, facility administrators, and healthcare executives.
  • Resilient & Driven: You are a self-starter who is accountable, hard-working, rejection-proof, and motivated by your sales numbers.
  • Industry Knowledgeable: Experience selling medical contracts, healthcare solutions, or commercial medical laundry services is highly preferred. Familiarity with the Pacific Northwest medical industry and emerging healthcare service trends is a big plus.
  • Growth-Oriented: You possess exceptional organizational skills and are eager to master our processes from day one through our comprehensive training program.

Requirements
  • Relevant employment references.
