Equity for this role is 20-30% at standard 4-year vesting.
We have angel investor funding that will kick-in once $5000 in revenue is posted. AT $788 per "ticket", that means 6 sales. That said, I have thoroughly financially planned for this business to begin profitability in Month 3. (I need it to be profitable for myself as well!) I truly believe that with the ideal launch partner that we should be able to earn at least 50K each Year 1. It will take hustle, but I absolutely believe it can be done.
I am looking for a Launch Partner for a B2B2C Social-Based Outplacement/Job Search Support business with a dual customer market: Corporate HR / Business Owners, and users/subscribers over 45-50 years old (those with 20 or more years of experience).
This is a 100% virtual business - the days of brick and mortar are gone.
The business plan, financials, value prop, competitive set, etc. are all very well defined. While I have skills in all needed areas, two people working together have the power of three people.

Job Description
As a launch partner, you will have a variety of responsibilities that include:
Short Term Tactics:
For the first 2-3 months, 80% of the time will be soliciting, organizing, running, and posting Zoom Interviews and Candidate Sessions with Subject Matter Experts such as Corporate HE Executives, Recruiters, Career Counselors, Resume Experts, CEO's, etc.
Secondly, our marketing will consist of social and a high volume of content development and posting on our two primary platforms based on the customer and user demographic: LinkedIn and Facebook, with the third being Instagram.
Lastly, depending on your Sales skills or based on the size of your professional network, generating revenue is key. My focus will be on revenue generation and content/brand development.
Qualifications
We highly encourage diverse and multi-generational candidates!
The best skill set would incorporate a wide variety of experiences and abilities:
- Reaching out to and making appointments for Subject Matter Experts to participate in Zoom Interviews (by us), or to facilitate small group Zoom learning sessions for our members.
- Editing (if needed) and posting video content in our private community.
- Managing business subscriptions (payment processing, etc.), back-end business operations to make sure the customer experience is seamless and absolutely frictionless.
- Partnering in website management, editing, and growth.
Because of the nature of this business, having ability in the following would be ideal:
- Social Media -A socially-focused person who has posted content.
- Video production and editing - this is the key differentiator of this business. Clearly, you know group meetings on Zoom, however, if you can edit videos in iMovie and perhaps on Premiere Pro.
