What to Expect:
- Fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll be on your feet, moving quickly, and handling a steady flow of customers for up to 10-hour shifts!

- Weather-ready. Be prepared for all conditions; rain or shine. Don’t worry we’ve got Dutch gear to help!
- Some heavy lifting. You may need to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs (talk about a workout).
- Reliable transportation. You’ll need to show up on time for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
- Training & Development. We’ll set you up for success with training, certifications, and knowledge tests to ensure you meet the Dutch Bros standards.

Compensation:
Up to $16.00 per hour
Number includes an average tip of $6.00 per hour. What we strive for: a fun environment, great co-workers, and a chance to make a difference in your community. What we don't guarantee: tip averages. Actual tips may vary based on a variety of factors including location, position, hours, and quality of service. Average hourly tips are based on 2025 reporting.
