This position is for wireless customer service, where you will handle inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their wireless accounts.  In addition to resolving inquiries, troubleshooting, and making account changes; this role plays a key part in identifying opportunities to enhance the customer's experience through upselling wireless products and services - such as plan upgrades, device features, add-ons, and promotions tailored to meet their needs. You can also expect stability, encouragement, and a cooperative environment where you can learn, grow, and advance.

You will deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers as well as utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency.
