Benefit from 30-minute slots for new patients and wellness visits, and 15-minute slots for follow-ups, with the autonomy to extend appointment times to 30 minutes for complex patients.
  • Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $130,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted Virginia license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Experience: Open to all experience levels; new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Attributes: Strong bedside manner, a relationship-based approach to care, and HIPAA compliance.
