Position Description: 1030 hours/week | $25$50/hour
Were hiring a part-time Household Manager to take real ownership of household projects and organization. This role is for someone who enjoys figuring out how to make things happennot just completing assigned tasks.This is not a housekeeping role. We already have housekeeping support in place.
How This Role Works
This role is about execution ownership. Youll be given goals and priorities, then expected to decide how to approach the work, coordinate whats needed, flag decisions for approval, and close projects out.
For example: an organizing project means deciding the approach, sourcing supplies, coordinating any help, executing the reset, and restoring the space afterward.
A key goal of this role is reducing household decision fatigue by bringing options and next stepsnot constant questions.
