House Keeping

Full-time and part-time are available.


Role

The role of the housekeeping position is to create a clean and orderly environment for our employees while attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and reporting any safety hazards to management.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Customer-oriented and friendly
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Working quickly without compromising quality


Responsibilities

  • Manage/Organize development and uphold cleaning schedule
  • Organize, supervise, and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff on day- to day basis
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, degreasing, and dusting
  • Use forced air to clean surfaces throughout the shop
  • Ensure all workspaces are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
  • Perform minor repairs
  • Collect and dispose of trash
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
  • Continuing to improve the house keeping processes


Expectations

The expectation of housekeeping is to be responsible, hard-working, trustworthy, detail-oriented, flexible, honest, and reliable.
