Job Description
Alma San Juan, Autograph Collection-a boutique hotel located in the heart of Old San Juan and part of Marriott International's prestigious Autograph Collection-is seeking committed, detail-oriented individuals with a passion for hospitality to join our Housekeeping team.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation, helping to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, a willingness to work as part of a team, and the flexibility to work in various areas of the department based on operational needs.
Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Friendly, responsible attitude with a commitment to quality service.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting heavy objects and folding sheets.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM shifts), weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to learn and work in an environment that adapts to changing needs.
- Previous experience in cleaning or the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a commitment to cleanliness.
Employment Type: Permanent position with a 9-month probationary period, Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Health Insurance: 100% employer-paid coverage for the employee (minimum 130 hours per month), effective after 3 months of employment. Parking Incentive: $5.00 USD for each day effectively worked. Holiday Pay: Paid holidays effective after 3 months of employment. Marriott benefits.
