In-home caregiver (Live-in)

Job Summary:

At Safe Life Private Duty Home Care, we are dedicated to serving elders in our community with the goal of preventing rehospitalizations. As a Home Caregiver with our team, you will provide attentive, in-home support to clients in DuPage County, IL. We are seeking compassionate caregivers who are patient, caring, and able to assist with daily activities to enhance the client's quality of life and independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, hygiene, and companionship

  • Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meal prep, and medication reminders

  • Perform light housekeeping, run errands, and provide transportation as needed

  • Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the healthcare team

  • Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive home environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • CNA certification preferred
