What You'll Do:
Community Outreach & Growth
  • Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and referral partners
  • Represent the agency at networking events and community outreach opportunities
  • Develop strategies to grow referrals and increase community awareness
Operations & Leadership
  • Oversee daily operations of the personal care agency
  • Recruit, train, and support caregivers and office staff
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and RN to ensure quality care plans
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency standards
  • Support scheduling, payroll, billing, and reporting functions
