The primary objective of the STEPS Student Navigator is to help students navigate the institution and connect with the right resources at the right time.
This position provides proactive outreach, individualized guidance, and timely referrals to help students overcome barriers, remain engaged, and continue making progress toward their educational goals. The ultimate goal is to support student persistence and help retain students within the identified cohort.
