Elder Care Home Care is dedicated to providing compassionate in-home caregiver and nursing services for seniors. Our team, from case managers to caregivers, embodies our core values of care and ethical standards, creating a supportive and uplifting environment for both our clients and employees. We have work available in Boston, North Boston, South Boston, Plymouth area, Middleborough area and the Cape.

Summary

We are seeking a HHA/CNA to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to seniors in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our commitment to high-quality care. Pick your own schedule, we have days, nights and Live-In shifts available.

We are looking for drivers WITH their own transportation and willing to drive clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship & emotional support to enhance quality of life for seniors.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Current CNA license or Home Health Aide certificate.
  • Background Check
  • Experience in senior care of 1 year minimum or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach towards patients.
  • Authorized to work in the United States
