JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you looking for a fun and rewarding summer experience that includes free housing, full-time hours, and the opportunity to meet people from around the world? Want to spend your summer in Boston while gaining hands-on experience in student life, leadership, hospitality, and international education?

EF International Language Campuses is seeking dynamic, caring, and community-minded individuals to join our Housing team as Summer Resident Advisors from June-August, 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment where every day is different.

As a Resident Advisor, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging residential experience for students from around the globe. We are looking for individuals who are responsible, adaptable, energetic, and passionate about building community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a diverse international student population and energetic staff team
  • Serve in a variety of roles including administrator, mentor, activity leader, role model, counselor, and community builder
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive campus environment
  • Provide guidance and support to students while helping ensure their well-being and safety
  • Serve as a point person for student incidents and concerns
  • Assist students with questions, transportation, and navigating campus life
  • Uphold and enforce EF’s Community Standards policies
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent EF in a professional and positive manner
  • Assist with arrivals, departures, room changes, and housing operations
  • Manage room key collection, distribution, and inventory
  • Conduct room inspections and support housing standards
  • Collaborate with the Activities team to organize on-campus and city activities for students
