Description
Facility is seeking a dependable, hardworking and motivated individual to join our team as a Janitorial - Handyman maintenance.
The position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep of the facility, while also assisting with minor maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain offices, common areas, restrooms, kitchen areas and warehouse spaces.
  • Complete general building maintenance.
  • Replenish restroom and kitchen supplies.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and work areas.
  • Clean windows, mirror, glass surfaces and office furniture.
  • Empty trash and maintain waste disposal areas.
  • Perform deep cleaning projects as assigned.
  • Conduct minor repairs and general maintenance tasks, including assembling furniture, touching up paint and basic handyman duties.
  • Assist with facility setups, moving furniture, and other operational needs.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Previous janitorial, maintenance, handyman or facilities experience preferred.
  • Basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical knowledge.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Must be able to walk, bend, lift, push and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Must be able to physically lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Flexible and willing to assist in multiple areas of the facility.
